StarTech Digital is a software agency. We design, build and scale digital products — web apps, mobile apps, custom software, and the surrounding cloud infrastructure that makes them go.
We work with two kinds of clients: founders building their first version of a product, and growing companies who need a senior team they can plug in without months of onboarding. Both ends of the spectrum, both treated with the same standards.
We're a focused, senior-led team — the people in the kickoff are the people writing your code. Broad enough to cover everything from discovery through to launch and beyond.

Seniority over scale
We stay focused on purpose. Adding headcount means adding management. We'd rather have ten people who can deliver than thirty who need supervising.
Fixed scope, fixed price
After discovery, we commit to a price and a timeline in writing. The risk of getting that estimate wrong sits with us, not you — because that's the right place for it.
Weekly visible progress
Every two weeks, a deployable build. No status reports that hide a 60% drift in the schedule. If we're behind, you know in week two — not week twelve.
No lock-in handover
We write code you can read. We document the system properly. We record an architecture walkthrough on completion. Your team takes over when it's time — and they can.
